How do I get my songs back after I upgraded Limewire?

I upgraded Limewire, and now all my songs are now missing from my Ipod library and from my limewire library. Is there any way to retrieve them?

you should be able to find them by clicking on ur explore button at the bottom of ur library page in Lime
