I've been getting these big huge clots when I'm on my period. I'm a very young, young teen and I know I'm not pregnant! Is there anything I can do to prevent this? What is it?

It's very common to have clots. It's good to have a good exercise regime & try:
Regular exercises like walking, jogging or swimming or yoga.

Avoid: (as much as possible)
Stress and strain
Sedentary life

Take:
Nutritious diet, especially food rich in vitamins A, B, C and E, and magnesium and zinc
Balanced diet, low in carbohydrates to maintain healthy weight
Plenty of fluids - water, juices to avoid dehydration

Hope this helps some. :)

This is just the lining of your uterus breaking off. If the clots are bigger than a quarter, than I would start to worry, but otherwise don't. Supposedly, if you exercise more the clots are not supposed to be as big. I don't really know how true this is though.

It is very common to have clots when you are on you period. I know it's uncomfortable, but here is nothing wrong with you. Taking vitamin k will help with the clots, it's in daily vitamins. Be careful to eat healthy during this time and get plenty of rest. Later on when you're older going on the pill will help with this, too.

It's normal to get clots as long as they aren't too big. It depends on the size and how many you're having. If they are a little bigger than a quarter or smaller then it's normal.
