Does anyone know about how much a paternity test costs if done at the hospital right after birth?

Depending on the hospital- about $100-$300

I dont know--but you might want to check out the hospital you are delivering at (or surrounding hospitals near you).
Im not sure that hospitals do it then & there--you may need to go into a doctors office or clinic to have it done.
