i'm using anticeptic feminine wash but it doesn't help.still it continued to be itchy and it's not a good feeling. do i have to take a pill or is there something i should use that will stop the itch?

I guess, you have stopped using the feminine wipes?!
I would do a warm sitz bath in oatmeal. Cook the oatmeal & place them in a cheese cloth, tie the top & place in your bath water & soak in it. I would also make an apt with your doc., I don't know how bad your reaction is, you might need something stronger.
It would be difficult to diagnose your symptoms otherwise.

You could try Canesten cream. It is for thrush but it has a gentle soothing componant that helps a lot with itching.

you have had an allergic reaction to the wipes...there is a chemical component in certain wipes that will cause a reaction in the body...You will need to take a pill as I believe that the reaction moves to the blood.

Yup-Allergic reaction.They contain alcohol and perfume.Try baby wipes,work just as well,no rash too

call your doctor hun, some anti-itch creams may just make it worse. Good luck! :)
