James Brown was a good performer, but Gerald Ford ended the Vietnam war, so it would definitely be the former President of the United States. He deserves respect.

James Brown. I debated whether or not to drive to the memorial yesterday but thought it would be too much of a mob scene and from what I read it was--a peaceful mob, but so many people that they overflowed the auditorium and had to listen to the service on loudspeakers in the street.

Rock on, James Brown!
