Certain Church leaders had created the Dark Ages
through extremes in religious thinking. Claiming any
rational, scientific thought was heretical.
The Illuminati challenged this narrow-mindedness. And
being "true" scientists. Objective, and learning through
experimentation and observation. Discovered the reality
of "spiritual" power.
Most Masons are "club members". Giving material power
to the group through financial and personal support. But
they know very little of the secrets of Masonry other than
a few secret hand shakes.
Masons were stoneworkers who knew the power in
shapes. Harmonizing and even enhancing the forces
of Creation, and our material world. They knew the power in symbols which is the Universal language.
Most organizations are created by people who want to better the World. They are mostly sincere. Nevertheless, power corrupts. And I have no doubt there are corrupt individuals in every one as well.

I have recieved handshakes from freemason the one mostly used is the shake that uses the absence of the small finger being excluded from the shake. I am a member of another society and know that your reading has credibility.

That sounds about right. If one is to believe the "secret society" angle to the Freemasons, there would only be a select inner circle that knows the real secrets, and the rest of the members are merely doing community assistance work. But there's nothing to indicate that even the inner circle, whoever they are, is particularly corrupt or nefarious. Like the Illuminati, the Freemasons (once they stopped being limited to stoneworkers) were a gentleman's club set up to discuss touchy issues like Democracy while still in a Monarchy.

First off all freemasons know who they are and what they are here for. And it is the churches especially the Catholic Church that do not agree with freemason for masonary free's that mind and no church wants a any man women or child that can think. And did you know that the Catholic Church never taught anyone to read or write except those that were or going to be a priest. And no church wants anything around that would takes money away from them............................ Also if a man could really read he would know that no church has the right to ask its people for money. For God made it clear that he would provide for all Churches. So any church that ask you for ten percent of your money is lying to you and using you to make the pastor rich........... And all you would have to do is to read the bible to know that what I say is correct............

I'm not sure that the Illuminati ever actually existed.

Its easy to posit the existence of a secret society and pick a few names out of history and say they were members.

Anyway did you even have a question?
