when my daughter was that age she slept from 9-10.30 and then from 2-4 and still slept 13 hours at night, count yourself as a good mother who timulates her child enough that she needs the sleep and provides a good routine

I would stretch the gap between her morning and afternoon sleep. Maybe put her down at about 1 30 and then leave her in her cot until 3 30, reguardless of if she is asleep or not. We did this with the baby I look after as one or two long sleeps are better than a few shorter sleeps. It took about a week for her to realise that she wasn't going to be picked up and now sleeps 1/2 in the morning and 2- 2 1/2 hours in the afternoon. If your daughter had a longer, later sleep, she shouldn't need the 3-4 pm sleep.

cut out some naps - eg definitely the 7 pm nap is not good idea she should go to bed for the night at that time. 12.30 nap should be cut out completely - thus she will have an earlier nap - perhaps around 1.30 - 2pm instead of 3 and then the next time is time for bed for the night!
her sleep cycle is like with every baby such that she stirs after 1 hour or so - do not go in, do not talk to her if you feel you have to go in, encourage her to continue sleeping.

Some babies just don't, and if she was to sleep for 2 hours then she would probably drop the morning nap sleep for 2 hours midday then an short nap in the afternoon.
Maybe you could try not eltting her go to sleep in the morning so she is extra tired.

Boy if you are getting your 9 month old to sleep 12 hours straight through the night - please don't worry about long or short anps. I would LOVE for my 9 moth old to do that but she still wakes up every 2-3 hours at night and takes 2 naps during the day.

Be happy that your baby sleeps through the night. Mine is 10 months old and she still wakes up 3 times a night. But she takes two 2 1/2 hour naps a day too. So I think, from my experience that if your babe napped longer than you may have a little bit of a problem with keeping her sleeping through the night.

My lil neice is 6 months old and she only takes like 10 min naps at a time. She is usually wide awake all the time. And she has been this way since she was born

That sounds alright. My son sleeps from 9-10 am and then 1-3 and then 7:30-7AM. It just depends on the kid.

You're doing great. Your baby's sleep sounds very healthy, and exceptionally good for a 9 month old. It ain't broke, don't try to fix it. Keep doing what you're doing; as your baby grows, change with the new patterns, and sleep will change with it.

To make them sleep longer at a certain time give them a bath before they sleep. Only once a day though.
