Sylvester McCoy.
He has his humor, but also really fit that dark side they started giving him after his first year. I also enjoyed his relationship with Ace.
Tom Baker and Eccelston would round out my top 3. The only one I couldn't stand was Colin Baker. Not that it was the actor's fault, but he was a victim of bad writing and I hated what they did with his Doctor.

Tom Baker was brilliant, but I have to give the edge to Peter Davison. Also, David Tennant is my favorite contemporary portrayal of the Time Lord.

Dr. Quinn Medicine woman use to be the best until she was tainted in Wedding Crashers. It changed my whole mind about her completely. Lately, every show she plays in now she strips and seduces people. I'm beginning to think she really needs money bad to drop a couple of flights of her dignity. Better yet her mansion and kids must be in trouble.

Tom Baker, hands down.
His wit was dry, his manner eccentric,but when you crossed him... oh watch out.
Not to mention his charm, and selection of wardrobe!

I don't like the new Dr. Who!! I liked the one that was on when I was younger. My sister and I would take our TV Dinners and sit and watch Dr. WHO, whenever it came on.
