my mum says thata gay guy would find me very attractive but a woman not so much. Just what does this mean?

thanks to everyone who answered, it turns out my mum thought i was over sensitive and what a gay guy would find physically attractive.

Dude, ignore any comments here that insult your Mum or say she is trying to get you to come out to her.
The people on this site do not know you or your Mum, so they've got no idea. I really really want to to stress that.
I'm bi and some of the guys I fancy are short and muscular. Not all women go for that type, but some do. I stress... some do.
Take it as a completment.

I think she is saying there is a certain feminist beauty about you, which is a good thing.
I think too, that you may have a very sensitive, sharing and caring personality too which is a rare thing in guys lately.
I wouldn't find offence in it at all.
If you want the true answer though, I would ask your mum what she means by this....

Maybe she thinks that you look/dress like a gay guy. However, don't worry about women not finding you attractive if you are straight. I know for a fact that there are plenty (many, many) girls out there who like girly/metro and bi guys. Ask her what she was trying to say, but don't get too worried about it, if the way you look is who you are and want to be.

hmm your mum is harsh. I figure gay men have the same taste as women so your screwed. No I'm playing, you probably mad her mad so she was lashing out at you about something. Just ignore it and find you a woman

Well love it could mean anything. However I suggest you ask your mum, after all it was her that said it! Perhaps she was dropping you a hint. Do tell us if you find out.

Is she trying to tell you something about yourself? or is she fishing - expecting you to come out to her?
