My ex married this rich woman and she took me to court with all her money and took my son away my son stills loves me but the stepmom isnt following the decree and i couldnt see my son for christmas how do i get back at her?

Getting back at her is not in your best interest. I know you are hurt, and angry about how things have turned out. Revenge is never sweet. The best revenge is living well and having integrity. I would just hang back for a while. Wait to here from your son, or try to give a call to him depending on the circumstances. Just never let your son feel that you do not care. make every effort to write, or call or visit if you can. The love between the two of you will always be there, no one can take that away from you. Money can't buy everything.

If you are supposed to have your son per the decree, you call the police and have them meet you over there (with Decree in hand) and you get your son. The goal should not be what you can do to make HER angry, but what you can do to have your son when you're supposed to, as well as get your son back in your home at some point.

Take her back to court for not following the decree everytime she waivers from it. Where is your son's father and why is the stepmom controlling everything anyway?

HE MAY BE FEELING GUILTY RIGHT NOW THAT MAYBE HE COULD CHANGE THINGS, PLEASE CONCENTRATE ON HIS FEELINGS AND NOT HERS. HE NEEDS YOU TO ASSURE HIM THAT IT IS NOT HIS FAULT. AND, YOU WILL NOT DIE OF A BROKEN HEART. YOU CAN GET MORE SATISFACTION BY BEING THE PARENT WHO CARES. THE PARENT WHO DOES NOT TEACH HER SON THAT REVENGE IS SWEET. IT'S NOT. IT WILL NOT CHANGE A COURT ORDER, IT WILL NOT CHANGE HER. IT WILL CHANGE YOU. YOU WILL BECOME BITTER AND UNHAPPY AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP YOUR SON GROW INTO THE MAN HE COULD HAVE BEEN. Forget getting back at her...get your son back...unless you think it's best for him.
Talk to him EVERYDAY and try to see him as much as possible.
