Personally not my taste - I always try to think of when the baby is a grade school kid or even out in the working world later in life. Most names work in the real world, but a LOT of names have horrible consequences on the playground. Anson makes me think of ants in the pants, but other then that I couldn't think of any bad stuff.
I've never heard of that middle name... Zachariah I have. If its pronounced the same way I see nothing wrong with that.
But thats the great thing about being the parent - you can ignore all suggestions and choose what you want :)

If you want him to go by Zec, make it his first name. Zechariah Anson sounds better to me. They both sound like first names though so it doesn't really matter. But it's cute.

Catchy but hard to pronounce. Imagine the poor kid trying to spell that. I don't know if Zechariah is the last or middle name but how about the name Hanson for first and Zachary for middle? Or Zachary (Zak, Zach) Hanson? You could also go with one of the grandfathers names. Just pick one that feels right! Congrats!

Not my cup of tea, sorry.
I like Aiden or Arden or Austin better than Anson. Anson reminds me of Potsy from Happy Days!

Don't like it and the poor kid will have problems learning to spell it. It makes me think of Anson Williams (Potsie from Happy Days).
