There is no number called a last number. Numbers can go on forever and ever. Think, u can always put a zero at the end of a number to make it a new number. e.g 10-ten, add 0, 100-hundred, add 0, 1000-thousand etc. In mathematics, when we want to see what happens when something happens to a very large number, we use the term 'infinity'. If numbers did have an end, this would be it.

No; the numbers go on forever.
In the US, a centillion would be 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 (a 1 followed by 33 zeroes).
A number named "googol" is a 1 followed by 100 zeroes. This is larger than the number of elementary particles in the known universe.
A number named "googleplex" is a 1 followed by a googol of zeroes. Since a googolplex is one followed by a googol zeroes, it would not be possible to write down or store a googolplex in decimal notation, even if all the matter in the known universe were converted into paper and ink or disk drives. [So sayeth Wikipedia.]
The counting numbers are infinite; they will never end. We do run out of names for them after a while though. I don't know if any larger numbers have names.
Hope that helps.

After centillion comes one centillion and one, one centillion and two, etc. Then a thousand centillion, a million centillion, etc.
All the way to a centillion centillion, a thousand centillion centillion etc.

There is no last number.
The concept of infinity is occasionally misrepresented as a number bigger than all others. The concept of infinity is usually explained by stating that for any large number there is always a larger number defined by adding one to the first large number.
