A movement that aims to overthrow the capitalist order by revolutionary means and to establish a classless society in which all goods will be socially owned.

Today, traditional Communist party dictatorships hold power only in China, Cuba, Laos, North Korea, and Vietnam. Communist parties, or their descendent parties, remain politically important in many Eastern European nations and in Russia and many of the other nations that emerged from the former Soviet Union.

Communism is more likely to succeed, if the concepts are more limited and less radical.

There has never been a communist government that hasn't killed millions of people arbitrarily in various genocides. There has never been a communist government that didn't bring the worst grinding poverty imaginable to its people. There has never been a communist government that didn't commit the most insane and depraved acts of despicable evil in almost all facets of life.

This is also true of the other derivatives of marxism....socialism, national socialism (nazism) etc. It's important to note that there are new forms of marxism these days. Progressivism, liberalism, social justice, real democracy (which is neither real, not about democracy), secularism, humanism, and (shamefully) feminism. The same people, with the same concepts have taken over many institutions and movements originally designed toward enlightened goals and turned them toward an evil end. Although they give lip service to the original ideals of these organizations, they never work towards those ideals. Instead, almost all they do is aid the evil people of this world by preventing the western world from interfering with what the communist (and other marxist), fascist and islamic governments are doing.

It's important to note that there has never been a single exception, either with the governments doing evil things nor the people in the western world aiding them with that evil. It's not about well meaning, yet misguided people. It's about wicked, despicable, depraved, EVIL people hiding behind a mask.

An economic or political system based on the sharing of all work and property by the whole community. - So you work for you're country , give them all the money and the government decide who gets what.

They get to confiscate your stuff. You buy it and they come in and decide whether they want to load it into their rats or locusts. That is what I have observed about Communists.
