I don't like it... but I have to agree.
When they created the character of Goku they went a little overboard. No matter what happens to him he ALWAYS seems to get stronger.
Kind of redundant and boring really.

it depends if you are including technology or not.. without technology, Goku is the strongest after he absorbed the dragonballs at the end of DBGT.. (I hated GT though)..
including technology though, I'd have to go with Washu from Tenchi Muyo.. the DBZ characters had the ability to destroy a planet, but she had a weapon that was so powerful it could destroy a galaxy..
