I like professional crastination!
I like to make lists, that i never finish.
Tidying's good when i got a essay to write.
suddenly when i have to make that phone call i have twenty other things to do . . . .
But the one thing i've realized about procrastination is that you can't put everything off forever!
so Even whilst your not making that phone call, your still sorting though some old bills, and thinking about what you can cook for dinner.

I guess we all have to "force" ourselves to do things we would really rather not, but hey that's just life. . . . . .

Sorry i guess i'm not much help!
But seriously, lists are pretty good, and i even make myself posters, I have no shame!

One thing at a time.
You don't want to get started because of the number of things you have to do.
Do one thing, take break, do something completely different, then get back to it.
Soon you won't want to stop until it's done the way you need it to be.

Do a little at a time. Don't put it off and do it all at once.
