I'm deeply in love with a girl and I think her feet are her best feature, though she has many others, to me, her feet are what I like best. I don't want to seem too wierd to her.
She always seems to be showing them off and removing them from her shoes whether intentional or unknown to herself.
How should I tell her I like them?

I went out with a couple guys when I was younger who were attracted to my feet. I thought it was delightful! I'm not turned on by feet, but I don't find them disgusting like some people do. A foot is very sensual. I enjoy having my feet massaged and the two fellows who adored my feet really helped my appreciate how sensual feet can be. Tell her by showing her. Don't worry about her showing them off. If you thought her mouth was her best feature how would she hide that?

To avoid coming off like a creepy wierdo you might not fixate on them so much. I doubt she's doing anything to excite you on purpose but liking feet is a normal fetish.
Maybe just start by saying "I like your toe nail polish." or "You have such pretty feet!"
Avoid saying things like "When I see your feet I just want to rub chocolate frosting between your toes and lick it out."
THAT would frighten a girl...lol.
Compliment her with conservative comments. Offer her a foot rub.

You could ask her what part of her body she thinks is her best feature, and go from there.
I don't think she'll think you're weird. If she's showing her feet off to you, she might be hoping you feel that way.

My husband has a foot fetish too. He kisses my feet, gives me foot rubs and pedicures, buys open toed shoes for me, and has bought toe rings for me.
I was a little surprised when I first found out, but I love it. It also bothers me alot less for him to look at other women's feet than their boobs or butt!

It is true that you like her no doubt about it. You like her feet and you want to express that. You may tell her "Your feet are so nice . Please do not keep them on ground. It will get dirty. if you want to keep it at all any where keep it on my palm so that I can carry you where ever you want to go."
