I am 32 weeks pregnant and have had alot of pain in my lower belly and it shoots down my buttocks and down my leg.Has anyone else had this?Warm showers and baths usually help me.

Yes, my second pregnancy I had shooting pain in my butt and lower back. i visited the chiropracter and had massages. None of thses helped much. It's simply the baby pushing on your spine and hip bones. Just do whatever keeps you most comforterble. The pregnant girl gets anything she wants!

Sciatic nerve irritation. Coupled with stretching round tendons and a spreading pelvis.
Perfectly normal.

it sounds like your baby is resting on your sciatic nerve. unfortunately there isn't a lot you can do about this, but get checked out by your gp and keep doing whatever makes you comfortable x
