Sometimes, dreams are a reflection of what happened that day or the day before that. Maybe you watched a movie or seen a TV show with the words, "Yeah this My BABY N I LOVE HIM." and you thought of him or with him. Anything around this. Dreams are our ventilation, like what Nick S said.

Dreams tell us what our subconscious knows. Dissect the dream, what does he mean to you? Do you talk to him every day? Did he say something that made you consider him as a boyfriend? Does he have a new girlfriend and maybe you see him differently now? Only you know the answers... Good Luck! =)

You're harboring some emotions for him. Not saying you're secretly in love or anything, but something about him is bugging you enough to make it to your dreams. Dreams are you minds way of telling you what you don't listen to normally. You just gotta figure out what you're trying to tell yourself.

Probably just means you were thinking about him. Doesn't necessarily mean that you subconsciously like him or anything. Maybe you just have strong feelings towards him (could be fear, love, hate, annoyance, etc...) and for some reason got mixed in with your psyche.

If you are serious about receiving answers that are based on research here is a diffferent answer. When dreaming, people in our dreams represent aspects of ourselves only. In life, we may not like someone because they have a quality that we do not like in ourselves...but it is easier to see in another person rather than admit we may have this quality ourselves. Now maybe this person is not too cute or popular or something so he is rejectable in your opinion. But perhaps he does have a quality like being funny or friendly or kind of sexy even though he is not considered good looking. Some people have a presence or sexiness even though nothing else seems appealing.
So, in your dream, you may be "hugging" the good qualities about that person that are actually your qualities. You are "embracing" part of yourself.
Don't trip. It does not mean you like the person in real life. You may like aspects, parts about them but you do not have to get in a relationship with them romantically. If you discover that you are crushin' on them, them listen to yourself if you take steps towards that. Remember, there may be some things you like about him because you are recognizing parts of yourself in him. But you may not like other things, and it seems like you do not like some things to the point of being kind of repulsed, then just keep your thoughts to yourself. You always have a choice to enter into a full relationship with someone or not. You may wnat to wait until you find someone you really like more. If you do like this person but they are just not someone you want to be seen with in public...then listen to yourself, maybe talk to your family or a solid grown up who is trustworthy and has a good history of relationships with good people and see if you really like him but are embarrassed by him.
Go to the library and read books on Dream interpretation or google "dream interpretation" and see what you get. You are smart to ask us here instead of trippin' about it on your own. Good job.

Do you subconscioulsy like him, but are too afraid to show it becasue of peer pressure/family pressure? Perhaps he's not quite Brad Pitt, but maybe he has a heart of gold, but you are too scared to try it out in real life. Why not give him a go?

it could be...dreams are the way we process info...however most people read too much into their dreams...if it is on-going I would consider the possibility you like him or something about him....could be he is a d!ck and you are biologically attracted to his phermones..
there is one train of thought that says all characters in a dream are really ourselves - maybe your brain wants you to look at what you don't like about him andd see if that is actually something you want to change in yourself...

You have to be true to yourself. If you are dreaming about this person then maybe your feelings for this person is a little deeper than you think...
