Depends. First off, never use I on a resume.
If you would like to be straight and to the point, you can use "To obtain a position as a Management Trainee at ABC Corporation"
Another might be "To obtain a position as a Management Trainee at a company that values X and X" Where the X's are something you value in a potential employee, such as technology or sales growth.
Good Luck

I never use an objective statement. I feel it limits me to the possibilities. I include the position I am applying for in my cover letter.
