It was too humane. He should've been put to death in the same inhumane manner that he put those 100+ people to death. He let so many people suffer while he had millions tucked away in the walls of his palaces.

I feel Saddam lived by the sword, therefore he died by the sword. He destroyed his own country by murdering and raping his own people, and allowing other's, such as his sons, to do the same.

His hanging was just! His own country tried him and found him guilty! How many people were killed by his orders without such humane treatment? Were they tried and given a chance to prove innocence in a court of law? I think not! Many of his own people were executed by his orders without any hearings. He was treated fairly, yet judged righteously! He is in God's hands now. He stands before a just God!

For some reason i was not happy as many people were...They guy was pure evil and mean. But even though he was a human being who had right. Also the way that he was put to the death did not help. I think we need to analize ourselves wether we are given the power to take somebody life...He was supposed to be punished but the way he was...it was really bothers me.

Realized that his own country tried, convicted, sentenced and executed him. Not a fan of hangings, guillotines, electric chairs or gas chambers but hanging is the capital punishment method in that country. He had to pay for his crimes.

He should have been made to suffer for the rest of his natural born life, in the same way he made his entire country suffer for decades.

He needed to pay for the terrible things that he did and all of the innocent lives that he took.

I feel its his countrys decision and they can do whatever they want to do with him. We have other things to worry about like the war.

i feel that he got what he deserved. he killed millions and now we killed him. he is gone. and now he cant hurt anyone anymore. he never deserved to be in this world. i often wonder what his parents taught him when he was a kid. but i am glad he is gone. the world never has to deal with him again
