When I was walking a neighbor's dog for them, a few kids who I know started shouting "DORK! Yeah! You walking the Dog!!! Monica!!!" And I completely ignored them. But I have to take the dog back in about 2 hours. So what can I say to them when they say DORK!!! By the way I'm not over 15. So I'm not an adult aurthority.

Don't even give them the satisfaction of any response. They do it to get a reaction. Ignoring them is the best way to pay them back for their ignorant behavior.

Girl hold your head up high and walk by them with the dog in hand. Your doing a good thing for the neighbors and dont let anyone tell you anything differently. You know in your heart who you are who cares what others think..Strut your stuff and let them know they mean nothing to you..dont even look their way. What goes around comes around and they will get theirs soon.

At least you are keeping in shape and getting exercise. It is good to care about animals and spend time with them. It shows you are not all about yourself and you can enjoy their company.
Sometimes they are alot better than people, cause they don't call names and tease.......
Ignoring these idiots is the best thing to do.
Get your exercise and feel good about helping out your neighbour. They are very grateful for your help and appreciate you....
Kudos to you for giving them a gift today that didn't cost anything.....You have earned respect from those who matter.....

Simply ignore them. There is no reason to listen their nonsense. You're doing your job and helping another person, showing a kinder character than them. Don't get in a fight or argument with them. Just do your job.

you know what..those people are losers who seriously have no life. Just ignore them; I deal with people like that all the time -- seriously. Or just agree with them saying " Yeah I am a loser" It really does make them mad.

Well, if its a big, scary dog...Just let it off the leash and tell it to attack the other kids.
lol, jk. Just ignore it. If they come up to you and start to bother you, just get away and tell your neighbors or a parent.

Just wave and say hi. They obviously like you or they wouldn't say anything to you. Kids can be mean; and kids can be over sensitive. I'm sure they don't really mean to make you feel that way. Just wave and say hi.
