TNA would win! The X-Division in TNA has a much better standing than the cruiser weights in WWE have. TNA fans love the amazing X-Division, so there are many X-Division matches, and so, the wrestlers have much more practice. By the way: Is there a famous cruiser weight in WWE? Every TNA fan can name at least three X-Division wrestlers!

The X-division will beat the WWE's crusierweight division.The WWE's heavyweights would crush both TNA's X-division and TNA's heavyweight division.
So the winner is WWE.

Yea, there's no doubt that X-division is better then cruiserweight. Well if there was a single match against evryone WWE would win the most.
It would be a better match if it was X-division vs U.S. champ or X-division vs Intercontinetal Champ.

tna's x division superstars would beat all the wwe cruisrweights except rey mysterio who is not a heavyweight now but can hang there with the heavywights but rey mysterio would reign supreme in a king of the ring scenario

tna all the way. tna has better cruiserweight division better champions, better wrestlers, more action but needs more airtime.

this is the thing X-Division is combined heavy and cruiser like aj styles or daniles would not be a cruiser weight on wwe but some one like shark boy or alex shelly would be so

Maybe. But I think wwe would win. It is 3 brands (ova 159 ppl.) vs a couple of cuserweights. You do the math.
