1. Eat healthier in order to lose weight and feel better
2. Get more organized - put everything back in its place immediately after using it.
3. Be kinder to myself, as I would act kindly with a friend.
4. Don't make assumptions about people.
5. Don't take things personally. If others are upset or rude, I will remember that it's THEIR problem and not mine.
6. Forgive myself if I fail at keeping my resolutions, and just start over again.

To keep a diary.
