it will depend. did you do an injection of hcg to trigger your ovulation? if you did you could get a false positive if it has not been 10 days since you took the injection. the hcg trigger will show as a positive on a hpt for up to 10 days after the injection. if you have gotten a neg after the trigger injection and now a positive i would say it's more than likely a real positive. best of luck.

yes, I have been on clomid and OPK and pregnancy tests work correctly.

Mine did.

I was on my 3rd round of clomiphene and when the HPT said I was pg, guess what...I was pg.
