I want to know when she will sign the book because me and my cousin want to have our books signed but the problem is that i do not know when J.K. Rowling is going to sign the last 7th book!!!!

On J.K. Rowling's website, click on the paperclips on the desk (FAQ), then click on the envelope labelled "About Me", then scroll down to "Are there going to be book signings anywhere in the future".
Right now, the answer is "Watch this space".
Keep going back to this space to find out when and where the book signings will occur.
