Wear a nice sparkly, fun dress with cute heels. Something fun and flirty. For makeup, New Years is all about shimmer and sparkles. Wear a light glittery eyeshadow, lengthening black mascara, black eyeliner, and a shimmer powder (you can buy it at cosmetics stores...I recommend Sephora). And make sure your hair is nice and shiny by applying anti-frizz shine serum.

Wear something that makes you feel sexy and comfortable. A sexy black dress is always appropriate. Keep your make-up natural. If you want a little sparkle, put some sparkly highlighter on you eyebrow bone. You can also dust some on your shoulders as well, but don't over do it, you don't want the trashy look. Where something classy and elegant like a strapless dress that's not too long. Then dress it up with some fun accessories so your not too formal. Try some pointy toed heels. Maybe try a black dress with some bright color like red for the accessories and throw a little white in it too.
I can't help you with make up because I'm not good at it.

A would say a black number!
Maybe black trouser with strappy top or even a little sparkly!
Hair down looks great but up style can give a sophistication look. See which looks best with your chosen outfit!
As for makeup.....keep it simple! maybe a little dusty glitter eye shadow! always looks great and natural colour lipsticks are safe play.
Jewellery....bangles or bracelets look stunning as you reach for that next glass of bubbly. earrings (if ears pierced) that have gems to catch the light.

well its the new year so it should be something very sparkly there are plenty of nice tops about this year i got a nice red one with silver in it and I'm going to wear it with black pants but of course it all depends on were you are going and what shape you are i my self am only a size 10 so i can wear just about any thing but everyone can wear black pants and a nice top what ever shape they are

something funky. Stand out from the crowd and be 'that girl'! try some colour as everyone will be going for black. go for full on impact with a nice gold mini dress or something glam and sparkly but keeping the make up simple. have a good one!

Nice dress, if your blonde go with a black number, if your pretty use a tiny amount of make up......
Oh and don't forget some clean underware and wash behind your ears!
