i know mail isnt delievered in sundays but does fed ex or ups come on sundays?

Actually, with overnight guaranteed delivery, the post office does deliver packages on Sunday. See http://www.usps.com/all/shippingandmailing/overnightguaranteedpackages.htm

I believe that UPS SonicAir service also has Sunday deliveries.

Fedex also has a same-day service that includes Sundays.

In all three cases, their normal deliveries don't include Sundays - to get these special services, you'll pay extra. But if you really need it, it does exist.
