No, it's not out on CD yet. It will be released on Infinity on High on February 6th 2007. It is however their current single. Currently the only two legal ways to get the song are through Itunes or by pre-ordering the album on Wal-mart.com because you the receive the single for download right then. The Carpal Tunnel of Love is also up on Itunes.

umm no its not out on single but Carpal tunnel Of Love is out. But you can download it at bearshare or limewire.
Also they say that if you pre-order the album Infinity On High at wal-mart, then you get This Ain't A Scene..song for free!!!!

You can download it from iTunes, go to their website to find out where exactly to go to get the download. But it is not on CD yet. It will be on their CD "Infinity on High", which comes out on February 6th!!!!!

Yes it is out on a CD though it is regarded as a rare recording , I don't know why. I'll provide the www.ebay.co.uk link so that you can have a look.

properly the unique call for it, i think of, became "you could not Spell star with out The A&R" which FOB suggested until now... became approximately their combat with the Killers. properly, i don't be attentive to. it is purely my 2 cents. hehe :]
