The girl that is having the party is 2 years old than me and my friends. She is kinda my friend, but she doesn't really act like she likes me. I think the only reason I was invited because 3 of my best friends are really good friends with the girl having the party and they didnt want me to feel left out. I just dont want to feel awkward there because I dont feel like the girl having the party likes me and there is only gonna be 5 of us there too. But, if I dont go I'm kinda excluding myself and may not get invited to future things. What do you think I should do?

Well it doesn't really sound like you have anything better to do, and your good friends will all be going I presume, so why not go?

There need not be any awkwardness. You are just hanging out with your good friends. It's nice of her to host a party, so be nice to the girl, compliment her party, bring her a party favor like some soda or a bottle of wine if you are all old enough -- and have some fun.

Happy New Year!

I think she is more of a friend than you think. she would not just invite you to take up space at her party. Its New Years, a time to share with others. Go and have a good time and stop worrying so much. You can always cut the night short if you get too uncomfortable, but then you will miss out on all the New Years kisses : ). HAPPY NEW YEAR MUUUUHA !

I think you should go and be yourself. This is a beginning of a new year. Be with your friends and enjoy their company. Maybe the girl will see a different side of you, hopefully for the best. Just don't get too drunk and act stupid. Things can turn around for you.
