Why does Dish Network Satellite give such crappy service?

I have Dish Network's dvr & lately, whenever I try to view tv shows that I've taped, the whole system freezes up. Has anyone exprienced this problem & what was your solution?

I have...they had such crappy service that I switched to Directv. Amazingly, the clarity of the picture became awesome whenever I switched. The difference is very apparent.

I never had probleme with my dish network, in fact I think it was the best service I had for a while, but now everybody uses DVR.

unplug it & wait 15 seconds. then plug it back in.
