That's impossible to know unless you remove the acrylic nail first. There are chemical solutions sold in drug stores which will dissolve the acrylic nail painlessly. If your real nail is largely black, that means blood is under the nail and creating pressure pushing your real nail lose from the skin. Your nail could fall off if there is enough pressure under it, but there has to be a lot of blood under the nail to lose your nail. Most likely you will keep your nail but be forced to look at a ugly black spot under the nail until your nail grow out.

It should go away in a little bit. I have had acrylic nails off and on for years now and my real nails are always fine when I take them off. It does vary by person though, if your nails were weak when you got the fake nails on you have more of a chance of runining your real nails. Also, keep in mind that you should make sure your salon you go to is very very clean because if it isn't you could get a fungus or infection.

If your natural nail is dark and discolored, it will probably fall off, but it will be replaced by a new nail soon.
If the coloration of your nail has not become dark, it will be just fine. It is just sore.
Since you just hit it, it should be fine. Nails generally only turn dark and fall off when mashed. For example: if you slammed it in a car door, hit it with a hammer, or my personal experience of dropping a full can of Carpet cleaner on my toe nail (ouch).

Asking the question multiple times really isn't necessary! Really. If you're concerned about your real nail, I'd have the fake nail removed. That should eliminate any of your fears.

It will probably be OK.If the nail does die it will fall off and a new one will grow to take its place.
