according to the US Grand Jury when Bill Clinton was on trial, they made a determination that having a certain kind of fun with your mouth was not having sex at all, and a kiss was not cheating, and also the other one I mentioned was not cheating either, HEY the US Grand Jury made a ruling, and the US president agreed with them, so it must be true...

Depends on who you kissed and what the kiss was about or for. If you kissed your friend its cheating, if you kissed your Aunt Ethel and your not intending any gross fantasy, its not cheating. But I think you cheated.
