She moved in about a 7 months ago. Her mother wanted her home so much, in a jealous rage of our family she began accusing my father of having a secret crush on her because he was always there for the both of us. It then changed to they both liked each other and then she convinced my mother that my friend was having an affair on my father. My parents have been talking about divorce for a while. Last night my mom was drinking and came out yelling about how he hasn't had sex with her since my friends been living with me. My friends mother has made many accusations such as we were both bisexexual. Now my friends whole family thinks my dad is some sort of pervert and my mother also. What can I do in this situation.??? Is there someway I can charge them with a form of harassment???

the whole situation sounds like adults are out of control.

why should a teenager try to correct it?

Your friend's mother accusing you of being bisexual is the only "crime" that was "committed" against you.

Why did your friend move into your house?
Does she have a history or sex (consensual or not) with drastically older men? --if so, it was a terrible idea to bring her into your house.

Why is your dad having sexual relations with 17-year-olds (is that statutory rape where you're from?) ?

Overall, it seems like your whole family has a lot of hostility against each other and you would probably be better off without any of the people in your story. Why would your mother blame you for the actions of her husband and some girl? Even if she was your friend, you didn't make her sleep with your father (did you?).

Get away from that crazy deranged situation as soon as you have somewhere SAFE to go.

I doubt it. I'd lock the doors. Securely. And it's no wonder that your friend didn't want to live with her crazy mother anymore.
