Ok I'm getting frustrated my printer is set on offline but i need to know how i would change it to online setting?

I go to settings but when I right click to change it to online it doesn't give me the option

1) Make sure the power to the printer is ON
2) Make sure all printer cables are connected between the printer and the computer
3) Click Start > Control Panel > Printers & Faxes
4) Right-click on your printer and select to Use printer online

Whatever type of printer it is go Online & type the brand in search engine and follow the guides to "support" that should get you what you need
