I think overall, relatively natural caused have led to the death of many more. Since about 2.6 million people die in the US each and every year, and Iraq is about 1/10th the size of the US, let's say 260,000 people die in Iraq every year - which is far more than any reliable estimate has said died as a result of either Saddam's or Bush's orders. Looks like nature wins again, despite the many attempts of humans to catch up.
By the way, how many variations of this question are we going to see? Do you think you'll finally convince people the 15th time, 50th, 1000th, or is it just a problem with OCD?

It is estimated that over a million have been killed by Saddam's order or with his approval.
The number of Iraqis killed by Americans is next to nothing. The vast majority of Iraqis who have been killed since the American army went in were killed by other Iraqis.
If Sunni Iraqis want to murder Shiite Iraqis, or the other way around, there is nothing America or anyone else can do to stop them.

According to my searches I found that at least 100,000 Kurds have died or disappeared during Saddam's rule. That is just the Kurds, there were other people he didn't like that probably adds a few thousand to the total. He was trying to annilate an entire group of people just like Hitler tried to do with the Jews.
The war casualities are not even close and an entirely different situation.

Its kinda a peculiar question. many of the deaths now are led to by the terrorists from Iran and Syria. Saddam change into killing his own human beings women human beings and little ones alike. the really reason the (terrorists) are killing diverse human beings now, its because their attempting to scare freedom loving human beings. And its operating right here contained in the U.S. I had no idea their the position diverse jelly fish right here, yet their are. If human beings weren't asking questions like this, this warfare might want to were over a lengthy time period in the past. Hatred is the coward's revenge for being intimidated. George Bernard Shaw
