Oberon has been around for awhile (as early as the 13th century) and has appeared in several works of literature in the past 800 years, including Shakespeare's "Midsummer Night's Dream" and the "Sandman" comics. As such, I'm sure that there are also several different interpretations of his clothing. Or no clothes at all (see the painting by Johann Heinrich Füssli). I would suggest a google image search.
