Not yet. But it is being perfomed as a play:
"Murad: " I like your book "Monster"
Walter Dean Myers: It's currently being performed as a play in Scotland."
But some of his books have been/will be:
"Will The Autobiography of My Dead Brother be made into a movie?
Myers: Right now, there are no plans to make it into a movie. There's an option on the 145th Street Stories. Whoopie Goldberg optioned At Her Majesty's Request. The Young Landlords was made into a movie. The author doesn't get to work on the movie much. They hired someone else to do the script writing. You have to wait to see what the movies looks like when it finished. I wasn't happy with the movie, but I was happy with the money."

Walter Dean Myers (born Walter Myers August 12, 1937, Martinsburg, West Virginia, raised in Harlem) is an African American author of young adult literature. Myers has written dozens of books, including novels and non-fiction works. He has won the Coretta Scott King Award for African American authors four times. One of these books, Fallen Angels, has made the American Library Association's list of frequently challenged books, due to rough language and its depiction of the Vietnam War.
"Monster" is what the prosecutor called 16-year-old Steve Harmon for his supposed role in the fatal shooting of a convenience-store owner. But was Steve really the lookout who gave the "all clear" to the murderer, or was he just in the wrong place at the wrong time? In this innovative novel by Walter Dean Myers, the reader becomes both juror and witness during the trial of Steve's life. To calm his nerves as he sits in the courtroom, aspiring filmmaker Steve chronicles the proceedings in movie script format. Interspersed throughout his screenplay are journal writings that provide insight into Steve's life before the murder and his feelings about being held in prison during the trial. "They take away your shoelaces and your belt so you can't kill yourself no matter how bad it is. I guess making you live is part of the punishment."
So far the only work of Walter Dean Myers in movie format is the made for TV movie "Legend of the Lost Tomb" (1997), based on the book "Tales of a Dead King".

I'm a little bit split on the Cullen family casting. At first I hated Robert Pattison for Edward. From the pictures I saw of him and his role as Cedric Diggory (love love love HP), he just wasn't the Edward I had pictured. But, I have to say, he's definitely grown on me as Edward and I actually think it was a very good choice. And poor Rob is going strong through all the criticism he's getting from some of the die-hard fans who haven't yet adjusted to him..... I love love LOVE Jackson Rathbone for Jasper. Jasper is one of my absolute favorite characters and I think that Jay will absolutely do him justice. And he looks gorgeous with the flowing blonde hair!! Ashley Greene for Alice, i think was a good choice as well. I'm still a little sad that Rachel Leigh Cook couldn't do it (she was SOO PERFECT!), but I also think Ashley will do an awesome job. I can totally see her as adorable, bubbly Alice. Nikki Reed for Rosalie..... A little shaky. She's not statuesque enough for me. She's pretty, but not like..... unbelieveably pretty. Rosalie is supposed to be this absolute pillar of beauty and I'm not seeing it. Though, I have to say that I loved her in Thirteen and I think she can totally pull off the Rosalie attitude. That may redeem her. Peter Facinelli..... ABSOLUTE GENIUS. He's absolutely perfect for Carlisle. I love him. Enough said. :)) Elizabeth Reaser for Esme, however..... that's another one that I can't really see working too well. She just doesn't seem right for the part to me. And Kellan Lutz for Emmett. He's good, I think. But I would have liked to see a more boyish Emmett. I pictured him with the loose curl ringlets and looking more boyish. But I definitely like the choice they made for him. I will definitely be seeing the movie. No questions about it. I'm a dedicated fan of these books and I wouldn't miss the movie for anything. And no, Stephenie Meyer is her real name. The unusual spelling of Stephenie stems from her father's name (Stephen).
