I'm on desogen and last night was my last day of the "active" pills in the pack, meaning I'm supposed to start my period today (although it usually doesnt start til like tuesday.) So, should I still take that last pill, or just let it go since it was the last pill in the pack? Will it mess things up?

It is only ok to skip pills if you plan to become pregnant. The pill is not effective unless you take it exactly as prescribed. read the pamphlet included with your pills, call your doctor or pharmacist to ask further questions.

Take your last pill. Your body is on a cycle which is regulated by those pills, and it could change things if you don't take all of them regularly. I know that when you skip a pill, there is a day that you will be fertile. Be careful.

I'd take the pill anyway...better safe than sorry! Missing one pill, anywhere in the pack, can significantly reduce the effectiveness of your birth control.

If you are sexually active, I say take it this morning....not that much time difference. If you're sexually active and miss a pill, it's okay not to take it as long as you don't mind being pregnant.
