A number of the songs I've burned from my computer to cds include "burping" or "hiccupping" sounding disortions in the music. I try to burn at the slowest speed possible. The original audio or mp3 file is usually ok to begin with.

Can anyone tell me what causes this disortion and how I can fix or avoid this problem?

it could be several factors including brand of cd .. to many things running on ur pc ... or the files themselves ... if u eliminate the first two, i would get a music file converter and convert to cd wave file on the pc and verify they still sound ryt, then straight burn them ....

Avoid the problem in the future. The burned files are already damaged and cannot be repaired.
Use a cd/rom cleaner disc. (not expensive)
then the next time you burn, make sure you are not multi-tasking.
Turn off all other programs that are not in use.
That was probably why it happened in the first place.

My mp3s consistently pass immediately. seem on your Limewire folders (on your laptop, no longer via limewire) to locate the unquestionably documents which you have on Limewire. as quickly as you have those, make a playlist with them on domicile windows Media participant. Then shop on with their burning training. I even have in no way had to transform something to burn it via domicile windows Media participant, and that i take advantage of Limewire consistently.
