No. In my opinion, cute should not be used to describe any human over the age of 5. hahaha Hope this helps!

No. Maybe when I was three or four years old. To me cute is puffed sleeves, lace, the frilly type of girl. Maybe a wholesome boy. I am not ugly by any means, but never "cute."
