Niagara Falls isn't at sea level. If you want to know its elevation-to-sea-level, you can look up geological and topographical maps in libraries and/or the Internet. Niagara Falls is part of the Niagara Escarpment, which is a fault-line. :)

find the elevation of the closest sea and find the elevation of the location at the falls. I suggest you check YAHOO search engine there are thousands of sites with info like this.
