Hi, I was wondering if someone could suggest some good sad/love story/drama movies (excuse the "good sad" oxymoron, lol). I like ones like:

The Notebook
Untamed Heart
Titanic

... with a bitter-sweet ending I guess you could call it.

Thanks a bunch!!! HAVE A HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I'm not sure if you'll be up to it bbut there is a drama called one litre of tears and its based on a true story of a japanese girl with a disease that doesn't kill but kills you - i'm into oxymorons too! YAY But it is really good - by the end of it i couldn't open my eyes for like a mnth coz it was so puffy and mind you - i never get puffyt eyes even if i do love to cry

Happy new year! And hope i helped ^^

There are many dramas with possessive guys... I guess its human nature after all but let me tell you, Kdramas may be the best but you can find Jdramas and Twdramas equally entertaining. Korean Dramas Secret Garden (is legendary for its male leading actor. The chemistry was great and its my favourite Kdrama) Protect the Boss (this one is new and it has this childlike possessiveness) The Greatest Love (a great drama with a quirky leading actor LOVED IT!) Full House (Popular drama... it gets interesting after a while but its not on my top 5 list) Hello My Teacher (He was obsessed... but he won her so oh well :P) Smile You (One of the best ever. Please overlook how many episodes it has and watch it.) Can You Hear My Heart (Amazing...) Japanese Hana Yori Dango (I've said it before and I'll say it again. Forget about Boys over Flowers and dig in the original adaptation of the Manga. My all time favourite!) Taiwanese Fated to Love You (It took some time but... a legendary love a series that wrote history in RC in Taiwan) Drunken to Love You (Talk about obsessing with your ex and then your present lover...) Just these for now... in time you will know what to watch and what to reject at first glance.

Always
Queen Jane
Braveheart
Love Story
Dying Young
Bed of Roses
Forrest Gump
Leaving Las Vegas
Everybody's All American
Million Dollar Baby
Heaven and Earth
The Joy Luck Club
Shadowlands
Steel Magnolias
First Knight
Legends of the Fall
A River Runs Through it

Just to name a few. I know there are many more I have seen that would fit the bill, but I just can't think of them right now. Good luck!
