Apply Mascara while pressing against the eyelid. Creating a line while applying onto the lashes. Then use a Q-tip and some eye-makeup remover to clean up the line. If you use a waterproof mascara you will have an all day and all night finish. Every time you re-apply the mascara clean the lid and below with a Q-tip and remover. I suggest
Estee LauderGentle Eye Makeup Remover
Works quickly and gently to remove eyeshadow and other eye makeup without leaving any oily residue.
Then use a thin eyeliner brush and eyeliner shadow to apply a thin line above the eye working toward the edge. MAC makes a fantastic small angled brush that works very well with powdered liner.

Apply the eyeliner on the area in which your eyelashes come off of. I had this problem before I started to notice how the girls at my school applied it. Pull your bottom eyelid down and apply it to the area in which is between your eye and your eyelashes.(the little bit of skin) Try looking for this before you apply it because you might put it in the wrong area and create a problem.

i dont know ur hair color or skin color but try a brown eyeliner and use little dashes instead of one long line, its easier to bled that way and get urself an angle brush, and run that along the eyeliner line and that will soften it and can make it smokey for a night out!

don't draw on your lids. use very small strokes as close to your lashes as you can get the pencil. keep the tip of the pencil sharpened.
Try liquid. revlon has a good one.
DO NOT pull on your lid. the line will be thick and that's not what you want, it also messes with the elasticity of your skin around your eyes after time of repeatedly doing it.

I use Avon self-sharpening eyeliner pencils. They last all day, are easy to apply and don't smudge. Check Avon.com

Try waterproof eyeliner and mascara! If you try to remove: just take a little bit of moisturizer on a pad and swipe it off on the black areas on your face

Try using a liquid eye liner instead of a pencil. I do and I love the results. Instead of looking smudged- it makes eye lashes look naturally long and blacker.

Try smash box eyeliner where you use a brush to dab on...or make sure your pencil is super sharp. I like smash box...a little pricey, but worth it!
