Can having a lack of protein in your diet and high carb intake contribute to vaginal yeast infections?

Hmm- maybe. These days the word carb gets thrown around so much that I tend to tune it out as just another sales gimmick.

I don't know if this will help or not, but you could try drinking more cranberry juice: That is good against a number of other infections.

Do some research online and find out (causes of yeast infections). Something about that sounds vaguely familiar but I don't remember for sure.

Yeast feeds off of sugar. So high carbs could.
