First thing to check is your oil level, if your oil level is too height your clutch will not disengage properly, second is check that your master cylinder is full of fluid and the slave and master cylinders are not leaking and functioning properly from memory these ktms have a hydraulic clutch and are pigs of things to bleed, it may be a job for a professional with the right gear to pressure bleed it

Is the master cylinder filled to the top?
There might be air in the line or the brake fluid is bad. Bleed the system.
When you pull in the clutch lever, does it feel soft and limp, or springy with a little bit of resistance?
It should have some resistance. That's the clutch springs being compressed.
If it feels limp, it could be bad fluid, not enough fluid, air in line, master cylinder needs rebuilding, or slave cylinder (It's down on the motor by the bleeder valve) needs replacing or a rebuild.

Check to see what type of operator you have. Some vehicles come equipped with a cable operated clutch (cable physically attached to the pedal) or hydraulic operated clutch. Hydraulic operators have a reservoir under the hood next to the brake master cylinder. If this is empty or low, the clutch will not disengage the transmission. If it is cable operated, you will see a broken or a loose end of the cable hanging in the engine compartment.

Take up any freeplay in cable and make sure your oil is not too heavy.
