The planets generally orbit the Sun in the same flat plane, and most of them spin with their North Pole pointing upwards. The Earth's axis - and therefore it's North Pole - is tilted by 23 degrees, so in January it's pointing slightly away from the Sun, and 6 months later the northern hemisphere is generally pointing towards the Sun. This is what gives us our seasons. You must remember that the axis is still always pointing at the same position in the sky, which is towards the Pole Star. It's only as it moves around the Sun that sometimes it is summer and sometimes winter. (Actually the Earth's axis does move in a circle, but it takes almost 26,000 years, so we don't notice it.)
In the case of Uranus (pronounced YOO-ran-us), the situation is far more extreme, as the axis of Uranus is tilted by almost 98 degrees, so it practically rolls along on its side. This means that when it is northern "summer", almost the entire northern hemisphere is pointing at the sun at the same time, and the southern hemisphere is in darkness. Half a Uranian year later, the situation is reversed and it is southern summer, but a year on Uranus lasts for over 84 Earth years! At the moment, it is halfway between the two and the Sun is almost directly over Uranus' equator, so everywhere on the planet has an equal amount of day and night.
So the answer to your question is that Uranus does not wobble, but over the course of a Uranian year, each hemisphere and pole of the planet will face the sun in turn.

uranus could wobble with respect to other planets(retrograde motion) and maybe it does go through nutations like a gyroscope.
