It's amazing how you learn to adapt.

I knew a bloke with one arm that used to roll his own cigarettes. They looked almost as good as the factory made.

Then he lit one using a match which he took from the box and struck, all using just the one hand.
I think he did it to show off.

i'm not sure if this is a nation wide thing but I know in california its the law that an employer has to provide a safe and clean environment for you to pump. The bathroom is not going to work, if there is no place to the maybe the managers office, my manager made a sign to put on the door while I was pumping that read "STOP DO NOT ENTER" just in case some one barged in, but I would just suggest to work it out with your manager, hopefully they are understanding. Also I exclusively pump, and I have been doing it at work on my lunch breaks for a few months now, I use the Medela swing , I love it, its small enough to fit in my purse and is batteries or electronic it had alot of power also. the cost was $150. a little extra advise, when I started back to work and was pumping on my lunches my milk supply was still the same, then sometimes I would be busy and skip pumping. so my milk slowed down, and its very hard to get it back. So keep with it..and good luck!

Having broken numerous bones throughout my life (including my wrist), I can tell you that when I washed my hand, I did so by getting it wet, putting some liquid soap in my hand and then I made fists and wrung my hand repeatedly to work up the suds, scoured my hand on a cloth that I had laid on the edge of the sink, rinsed and dried it on a hanging towel. I figured that out for the ten weeks I was in a cast. If the guy only has one arm, I'm sure he's a lot more creative than I am when it comes to hygeine.

Nothing makes difference to wash the hands.Armed personal does not keep the arm in the hand,it's in the safe case with him.If you are waiting for food to be served, armed personal has nothing to do with it.If you have a bad intention say like robbery he will serve you with arms as your food.

He turns the water on with his one arm. Then he gets his hand wet. They he does his best to put soap on his hand. Then he does his best to get the soap mixed around on his hand. Then he rinses the water off. Then he turns the water off. Then he uses the electric dryer to dry off the water.

He simply does his best.

You just do what you have to do.
