i want to know because i broke my leg on them!

you cant sue because when the shoes are bought they come with a sticker on the bottom that clearly states that by removing the sticker you agree to any and all risks that may come with the use of the shoes. Just like if you use rollerblades/skates or a skateboard you take the risk by using them... sorry if that is not what you wanted to hear but that is what the company will tell you.. good luck w/ the broken leg.

you shouldnt have bouth the shoe! those things are dangerous!
i once broke my wrist on them and also how can you break you leg on heelys? i want the answer to that

lol..... You cant sue like the girl above me said it was your fault you fell, maybe you shouldnt have bought some dumb shoe and not learned how to use it.
