In MSN messenger there is an Allow list and an Ignore list, when you block/delete someone, they are added to that Ignore list and they cannot see you when your Online.

ive had the comparable subject unfortuently you cant delete them in case you're on their touch record...and the only way is to deliver them a message asking to be deleted from their touch record..in the event that they dont then you fairly are caught with them ..

No there is no chance because you deleted them.
