yes the do sometimes. When i was younger my grandparents had a cottage, and the frogs would Somtimes sit on the lilly pads, but they mostly hid in the muck or grassy areas, and sometimes they would sit on rocks. But we did see them sit on lilly pads too.

yes.
in South America, some of the lily pads are big enough that larger animals sit on them.
either way, it's a great place to hang out to look for bugs (or fish)

As long as the lily pad is large enough to support their weight. Toads sit on lily pads as well.
